Veritas Integris Solutions is a professional investigative intelligence and litigation-support firm. Submitting an inquiry through the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship, a private investigator-client relationship, or any engagement, and does not guarantee that any investigative, surveillance, screening, or intelligence service will be undertaken. An engagement with VIS is formed only through a separate, signed engagement agreement following Our review of your inquiry.
Any information, content, or general guidance made available through the Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel regarding your specific matter.
Lawful Use and Prohibited Submissions
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit through any form on the Service any Social Security numbers, passwords, authentication codes, full financial-account numbers, medical records, privileged documents, breach samples, stolen information, or other unlawfully obtained material.
You represent that any request for an investigative, monitoring, screening, due-diligence, or exposure-assessment service that you submit is made for a lawful purpose and that you have the authority necessary to request that service concerning the business, person, household, domain, brand, account, or other identifier involved.
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize VIS to begin work. Engagement scope, authorization, and any lawful-basis review required for a specific service are confirmed separately before work begins.
Consent to Contact and Communications
By submitting an inquiry form on the Service, you consent to being contacted by Veritas Integris Solutions by telephone, text message, and email regarding your inquiry, including through automated systems and artificial-intelligence-assisted or artificial-intelligence-generated responses. Message and data rates may apply.
Optional marketing communications require a separate, affirmative opt-in and are never a condition of requesting a consultation or purchasing services. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing text messages.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content you submit), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress, including the Veritas Integris Solutions name and mark, may not be used in connection with any product or service without Our prior written consent.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Termination of Service access does not affect the terms of any separately signed engagement agreement then in effect.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the entire liability of the Company arising from your use of the Service (as distinct from a separately signed engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms) shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service, or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything through the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, the limitations in this section apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.
"As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
